An information form will be e-mailed to you upon your booking stating all the details of your booking. The form should be filled and send back to us minimum 10 days prior to your arrival for necessary arrangements and to receive confirmation mail. Confirmation mail is the proof of doctor, clinic and hotel reservations. All the arrangement should be completed at least 10 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, reservations would be void.
On average, appointments are made between two weeks to a few months in advance, however it best fits into your own schedule. Most of our clients come with a companion or member of the family, while others contact us during a business trip.
Upon your arrival in Ankara your professional guide will take you from the airport to drive to the hotel and our professional guide will do all the transfers between hospital/clinic, hotel and airport.
